Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

Brands

AquaMarina

  •  Item is returned within 14 days of the original purchase date
  •  15% restocking fee applies to any refunds issued on returned merchandise
  •  Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging with labels intact
  •  Receipt of purchase and image of the original products packaging must be present.

Sea Eagle

  • There are no returns or refunds but we do cover manufacturers' defects for 3 years through warranty.

Kolibri Marine

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • To return an item, please email customer service at support@kolibrimarine.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

    Please note that if we find that the product is not defective, you will be responsible for all shipping charges (including initial shipping fees) and other related cost. 

Oru Kayak

  • No returns, exchanges or cancellations can be made on behalf of retailer once the order has been placed. The consumers may direct their inquiries to customer service at info@orukayak.com.
  • Our warranty will cover any manufacturer defects in our products sold to
    authorized retailers. A Return Authorization number is required for any warranty replacement items. Please contact Oru Kayak, Inc. for warranty related issues.

Scout Inflatables

  • If upon receiving and inspecting your product you decide that you want to return it, you will have 30 days as of the date of shipment arrival to return it for a refund minus the shipping cost. Any additional fees associated with a purchase transaction will be deducted from amount of refund.
  • Customer must contact us via email info@scoutinflatables.com to obtain a valid RA number. Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to customer. 

Pop Board Co

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Imagine Surf

  • Subject to the terms of this policy, we offer returns within 30 days after the date of purchase. You may return your product for a refund back to the original payment method.  We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. We do not refund original shipping charges.
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.
  • All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you require a pre-paid shipping label, please contact us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund that you receive. If applicable, original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Imagine Surf reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.

Portabote

  • In the event you are not satisfied with the product it may be returned in its unused and undamaged condition prepaid to the manufacturer within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the items are received in good condition a credit or refund will be issued. Please note refunds may take up to 2 weeks.
  • In the event you are not satisfied with the boat hull it may be returned in its unused and undamaged condition prepaid to the manufacturer within 30 days from the date of purchase. Once the boat hull has been received in good condition a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee from the refund of the boat hull only. Please note refunds may take up to 2 weeks.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@aquaticventure.com the day of delivery.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • Please note, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order. 

    Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.
  • Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear.
  • If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
  • If you decide you want to return your order, please email us at sales@aquaticventure.com with your order number and we will assist you. We want to make this as simple of a process as possible for you.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return
  • AquaticVenture only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
